'Paris united': France mourns victims on anniversary of terror attacks

France on Tuesday marked three years since its worst ever terror attacks, when jihadists killed 130 people in Paris and injured hundreds of others.
Several tributes will be made this Tuesday in Saint-Denis and Paris to the victims of the bloody attacks that left 130 dead and more than 400 wounded. Anonymous and officials will gather on this occasion in silence in front of the various places targeted by the terrorists. 

For the first time, neither François Hollande nor Emmanuel Macron will participate in the commemorations. Édouard Philippe, Prime Minister, Nicole Belloubet, Minister of Justice, Christophe Castaner, Minister of the Interior, Anne Hidalgo, Mayor of Paris, Laurent Russier, Mayor of Saint-Denis or François Vauglin, Mayor of the 11th arrondissement of Paris will be present on different places from early morning to mid-day. 
From the Stade de France to the Bataclan
The first tribute of this sad day will be made at the Stade de France, Jules Rimet Avenue in Saint-Denis (Seine-Saint-Denis) at 9 o'clock. At 9:40, the Prime Minister and others will travel to Carillon and Little Cambodia, at the intersection of Bichat and Alibert streets in the 10th arrondissement. 

The tributes will then continue to Good beer, rue de la Fontaine au Roi at 10 am, at Comptoir Voltaire, 92 rue de Charonne (11th) at 10:20 and Bataclan at 11 am.

Associations in front of the 11th town hall
The victims association "Life for Paris: November 13, 2015" is organizing a third ceremony in honor of the missing and the survivors of this tragedy. It will be held in front of the town hall in front of the town hall of the 11th arrondissement, place Léon Blum.

"Through this commemoration, which will be under the sign of sobriety, the association wishes to allow all those who wish to pay tribute to the victims of the attacks of November 13, 2015," said Life For Paris in a statement. The ceremony will begin at 12:30 in front of the highly symbolic place of the City Hall of the 11th district of Paris: after a time of musical waiting, two speeches of the leaders of the associations will carry the word of the victims. The ceremony will continue with a solemn moment dedicated to all the victims of November 13, with musical tributes. The commemoration will end with a release of balloons to symbolically represent the victims as a whole and their diversity ".

This year, the association "13onze15: Fraternity and Truth" also participates in this commemorative ceremony. The two associations will join their members in two different places. 
Perimeters of safety and restrictions of circulation
Safety perimeters will be put in place on the various sites. Vehicle parking will be prohibited in several areas and traffic restricted for part of the day. 

In a statement issued Monday evening, the Paris police headquarters said that "traffic will be neutralized between 8 am and 12 pm: quai de Valmy (10th) between the streets of Lancry and Faubourg du Temple and the boulevards Voltaire (11th). ), Richard Lenoir (11th) and Jules Ferry (11th) ". It "recommends to motorists to circumvent very largely the zones concerned".
