London rail station reopens after security alert

British police have successfully dealt with a security alert which caused the closure of a busy train station in east London on Monday, National Rail said.
Overground and underground trains were not stopping at Stratford while police investigated a suspicious vehicle at the nearby Westfield shopping centre before the incident was dealt with.
According to the British Transport Police, the overground and underground stations at Stratford had been closed due to the ongoing investigation of a suspicious vehicle at Westfield Shopping Centre.
