Wimbledon 2017: Andy Murray limps to five-set defeat against Sam Querrey in quarter-finals

Defending champion Andy Murray was sent packing by Sam Querrey in the quarter-finals at Wimbledon, after slipping to a 6-3 4-6 7-6 1-6 1-6 defeat.

The world No 1 and top seed, who seemed to be struggling with a hip injury for the final two sets, looked to be cruising after taking the first set 6-3 but his giant opponent hit back, taking the second 6-4.
Murray won a tiebreak 7-4 to edge ahead again before his movement became worse and he ended up surrendering the fourth and fifth sets 6-1, 6-1, with the American not letting the Briton into any of his service games.
Querrey will now face either Gilles Muller or Marin Cilic in the last four.
